After a frustrating Saturday in Yosemite, my hubby and I decided to forgo going back into the park and hoping for less people. So we slept in a little and ate breakfast at the lodge before heading for San Fransisco. It was so relaxing. Even breakfast was amazing! Then it was off!
Once we got to San Fransisco, we decided to go ahead and see the bridge today. So we started heading that way. The bridges were amazing! The hills were crazy!!!
As we drove and drove, we saw people everywhere. Almost as bad as Yosemite. I had wondered if that was going to happen so I had resigned myself to needing to walk today. We ended up parking almost to Fisherman’s Wharf — across from a field/park. It was so WINDY!!! And chilly… so different from the almost 90 in Yosemite the day before. We were able to get some awesome foggy pictures of the bridge and wonder around a little tourist-y shop.
I still can’t believe we were really here!!! I LOVE THIS PICTURE!!!!!!!!
Once we were pretty fairly cold, we decided to hop in the car and drive across the bridge and come back… I think everyone was thinking the same thing! Some people were walking and biking the bridge too. Next time… Next time…
We tried to drive by the Full House house location, but I accidentally missed taking a picture of it cause we were going a little fast… Oh well, next time. I did get pictures of the “fake” one at Warner Brothers Studio! After we wondered around a little, we decided to go grab dinner and head to the hotel.
This “little” restaurant was amazing. I had seen the signs for it several places but we hadn’t stopped yet. I got chicken and biscuits and it was amazing!!! So delicious. The biscuits and this plate were huge.
My lovely vacation photos are coming to an end soon, but if you have missed any… Check out Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, and Part 4.
