My Experience — Milk Bath Session Pt 2

IMG_2691In February, I did a milk bath session/boudoir session. It was an experience. If you missed the first part, click here to catch up!

The worse about the shoot was waiting to see my pictures! It was the doubting that you did look that awesome and wondering if the reason why it is taking so long is simply because there were really in the end NO USABLE PHOTOS!!! I know panic central for me. I have never had a lot of trust in my ability to look good. But I waited … and waited. I think it was maybe 3 or 5 days later, Lola sent me one of my pictures! (below) My jaw dropped. I was in a state of shock. I didn’t know what to think about it all. I noticed the beautifulness of it.

After that night, I started at the photo so much that I started wondering about the other photos! The next few weeks passed slowly as I got more nervous about what I would see. I swear my body issues got worse as time went on. (Ugh, seriously we will talk about that one later)

When it was finally time to see my images, I went to Lola’s house for the viewing. And wow! Me on the big screen that was like WOW! She also had printed images of me ready to purchase if I wanted to. And I’m so glad I did. It was such an experience that I’m glad I have pieces to remember this moment by. A milk bath was the perfect starter boudoir session for me. I got to admit I’m more obsessed by the idea than I was before I did this shoot. Be warned.
