One of the million questions I got after I got engaged was “What are your colors for your wedding?” Believe me the day after my engagement, I had seriously no idea what-so-ever about my wedding. I totally wasn’t the girl that designed her wedding from birth. I was the one looking up pictures of travel and dreaming of travel when I when I was older. (Still do..) Sorry off subject, after I got engaged the first place I went was to Pinterest… I figured I had no idea where to start and it would be a good place. I found some amazing things and ended up accidentally falling into the trend for the year! But I loved every aspect of it and looking back at those pictures make me smile! So the other day, I looked up wedding trends on Pinterest and found Pantone’s Top 10 colors of spring… In case you haven’t seen it, it’s below… But as I stared at it, I saw navy and green… It’s been like everywhere I have looked this year already! I so can’t wait to see what everyone does with these beautiful colors…
But Brides, don’t get hung on trends if you don’t like them… Find something that makes you happy. That makes you want to enjoy your wedding. That is you and your hubby. Make it the amazing wedding day that you wanted… not just the one the trends dictated.
