November 2016 — NaNoWriMo

November 1 marks the being of a special month for every aspiring author, NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month).  Everyone takes the month of November 30 days to finish a novel of 50,000 words. Writers have to hit around 1,667 words a day to finish on time. But as last year passed, finding that time to write was sometimes the hardest part. Just letting go and writing was my next hardest part.

I didn’t finish last year. I did get farther but did not finish. Timing finally did  me in as well as not being prepared. This year I’m doing something different. I’m keeping the same book as last year. My only goal is to write every day on it. Finish it if I can. But mainly write everyday.

The First Draft is one of the hardest things to finish so many stared stories that just stopped; never finished. This one I refuse to give up on. I will finish it.

For the month of November, I’m going to be trying to write my heart out. So if you think of me or writing think some positive thoughts my way. I’ll be doing a little series here on the blog about how my progress is going during the month.
