Luxe Productions | Dark Romance

This year, I stumbled onto a event called Dark Romance which was being put on by Luxe Productions. They were looking for photographers for their shoot and so I threw my name in the hat. Luckily I got the opportunity to go and enjoy. When I signed up, honestly I had no idea what I was getting myself into, other than Sarah Clements from Sarah M Photography was coming to teach. I was a little worried, but it sounded like fun so I found myself getting more and more excited as the day grew closer. I even got a few ideas and rented a violin!

Then the day of the shoot, it was so neat. Sarah was amazing and informative. After her talk, all of the photographers started branching out to shoot their own models. One after another it was so much fun! I don’t think I’ve shoot like that other than at a wedding.

After the shooting was done for the day, it was on to editing and entering some into a makeup company! Some of mine were selected for their advertising! I still can’t believe it! Hopefully I will have the same awesome luck the next time I do I shoot with them.
